Privacy notice
Who we are
Francos Digital Solutions (CNPJ 45.061.218/0001-94), in Brazil, runs francos.tech, francos.solutions and francos.io and decides how the data on these sites is used.

What the contact form collects
Your name, your work email, the option you choose under "What do you need?" and your message.
With them, the page where your visit started and its campaign tags, the site that sent you to us, and your browser and operating system family. If you accepted analytics, also the Google Analytics identifier of your browser, so we know which campaigns bring conversations.
We do not store your IP address. It is used for a few minutes, in a form that cannot be turned back into the address, to stop the form from being abused.
Why we use it
To reply to you, talk about the work you need and keep a record of that conversation. The legal bases are your request and our legitimate interest in answering it (LGPD, article 7, items V and IX).
Analytics runs only with your consent (article 7, item I), and you can withdraw it at any time.
How long we keep it
While we are talking, and for up to 12 months after a conversation ends without a project. After that we anonymise it: the name, email and message are removed, and only counts by site, topic and month remain.
If we work together, the data needed for the contract is kept for as long as the contract and the law require.
Your rights
You can ask to see the data we hold about you, correct it, receive a copy, have it deleted, know who it was shared with, and withdraw your consent. Write to contact@francos.tech and we will answer within 15 days.
You can also contact the Brazilian data protection authority (ANPD).
Changes to this notice
When this notice changes, the date at the top changes too, and every message sent through the form records which version you saw.
